The Lee Specialty Clinic model is a transdisciplinary approach to patient care, which is crucial for improved clinical outcomes. Each new patient will have access to a team of providers who will work together to determine the necessary components to their diagnostic and therapeutic plan of care. To start the admission process, complete our new patient application form, which goes to  our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Afterward, the Lee Specialty Clinic team will contact the patient/guardian to guide them through the complete patient intake process.

Patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) will never achieve parity in access to quality health care services until physicians, dentists, and the allied health professions have access to quality teaching programs focused specifically on the care of this patient population.
