New Patient Requests & Transdisciplinary Care
At our clinic, we believe the best outcomes happen when care providers work together as a team. That’s why our transdisciplinary model means patients receive services from multiple disciplines — such as medical, dental, and therapy — all under one roof.
To make this possible, new patient requests are for individuals seeking either primary medical or primary dental care with us. Ancillary or specialist services (such as physical or occupational therapy) are provided as part of an integrated care plan for our primary medical care patients.
If you are only looking for a single specialist service, we will not be able to schedule you unless you are also receiving primary care here. This ensures that all your providers can collaborate and deliver the full benefit of transdisciplinary care.
